Bg Tonga Tower Hotel - Can Picafort (Mallorca)

The breakfast buffet was so poor, I almost gagged, and not even a drop of water was available at night. For a 4-star hotel, you'd think I'd at least receive a complimentary upgrade, but no, just more cramped spaces and rude service. I just couldn't give a good review. Shameful!

The soundproofing in rooms is inadequate, every noise from the hallway is intrusive. Why not offer more varied evening entertainment instead of the same repetitive shows? Queues for food service were excessively long!!!

Breakfast was not special, unfortunately the coffee from these machines was not drinkable! The dinner, however, was always very good and there was also a large selection. But the flair in the restaurant rather reminds of an airport restaurant, a lot of people and a a lot of noise. Room was super with a mega view, also the cleanliness was always good! On the whole I would recommend the hotel!!!

All superb, everything you need for your trip. Hotel's near main attractions like Buggy Xperience. Restaurante Vinicius is within walking distance of the venue. We could freely use free WiFi.

Is it really that good? My take

The room was adequate always cleaned and the staff were friendly. Perfect base near the city center yet quiet.

Food temperature was often lukewarm leading to dissatisfaction with meal quality.

Friendly staff at all levels. Delicious buffet for breakfast and dinner. Pleasant audience. Very good price-performance ratio. Again and again and absolute recommendation.

Wifi are only available in the lobby, but even there it sometimes was unstable. Evening entertainment is extremely loud and annoying for guests who prefer to sleep or enjoy peace and quiet. Sometimes there was loud music until midnight.

Pleasant hotel with lovely view of the sun. Unbeatable, stunning location in Can Picafort, near to the main beach which is much bigger than the local one as well as Soller marina. Fresh food in the outdoor restaurant in the vicinity.

Amazing Amenities and Activities for Kids

From face painting to football, the options were endless, great to relax knowing they were having a blast. The rooftop bar on the fifteenth floor provided amazing views and a quiet spot for us to unwind while the kids enjoyed their fun. Dinner served at our table in the evening added a touch of luxury to our stay. One minor improvement could be a more extensive coffee selection in the morning.

Really nice Hotel, we were on the 12th out of 14 floors, wiev was amazing, room was very nice and modern, apart from the T.v =) the food was exelent, all inclusive served alcohol until 12 o,clock, evening show was fun aswell. Overall very happy with my stay.

Sometimes took a while to get to the 12th floor but worth it =) Bar q was 3-7min sometimes but usually just in the evening during the show, and a few too many kids =/ But still loads of room to relax quetly around the pools.

It was all ok in and of itself - but since I normally stay in a private apartment in Can Picafort it could be that I can't stand the other guests anymore!

The kids' club kept my children entertained all day with fun activities. The evening shows ran late, hard for the little ones to sleep. We enjoyed some quality family time at the outdoor pools. Not enough sunbeds during peak hours caused some inconvenience.

Big clean room. Large choice of breakfast and dinner.

No marking of vegetarian dishes at dinner.
